Division 1 Altona 27 defeated Footscray 14
Altona made hard work of this match but managed to pull away after half time for an easy win. Damian Cliffe continued his dominant year with another 8 goals to take his season tally to 50. The team also welcomed back Rodney Maher who quickly got himself amongst the goals.

Division 2 Altona 11 lost to MCC 12
With many players unavailable, the side just managed to start with the bare minimum of 10. This lack of numbers cost Altona a very winnable match. Maurice Zicman controlled the centres whilst once again Matthew Fennell picked up every loose ball.

A great last quarter was not enough to get a disappointing Altona side over an undermanned Footscray. Once again too much was left to too few.

Altona again played well but could not match a tall and skilful Surrey side.

State League Altona/Caulfield 7 drew with Williamstown 7
The AC's dominated for most of the match but could not put Williamstown away. This is the third draw between these sides in their past 3 matches. A vital umpiring offside error resulting in a Willy goal late in the game did not help. On a brighter note, the AC midfielders continually attacked the goals in a much improved display.

B Grade Altona 14 defeated Chadstone/Caulfield 1
Altona were far too skilful for a Chaddy/Caulfield side that tried hard but obviously had several first year players. Once again Kaitlin and Shana put on a clinic but more importantly the improvement in players like Tessa, Brooke, Breahna and Shelley is becoming more noticeable by the week.
